This 961 sq.ft. apartment demonstrates how intelligent spatial planning and intentional materiality can expand the perceived volume of a compact layout. An open-concept configuration connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas into a seamless social core, giving the home a light, uncluttered feel.
A muted neutral canvas highlights custom-crafted teak joinery, punctuated by vivid teal and emerald upholstery that brings depth and personality to everyday spaces. The design language extends into the washrooms through a grounded, monochromatic scheme of natural black stone and textured grey tiling, combining minimalist elegance with easy maintenance.
