Serving in project management and site execution, PM Studio oversees day-to-day delivery, directing a cross-functional site team of over 20 personnel while harmonizing workflows across institutional clients, engineering consultants, trade contractors, and vendors.
Healthcare construction demands exacting coordination of mission-critical engineering systems. PM Studio manages the installation, routing, and integration of complex hospital infrastructure, including Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS/Oxygen manifolds), specialized healthcare MEP networks, and life safety/fire protection systems. By maintaining resilient procurement supply chains to sustain construction velocity and enforcing strict compliance with local municipal codes and healthcare regulatory norms, the team ensures the facility progresses with structural integrity, quality control, and schedule adherence.
