Designed to transcend the traditional office typology, this project introduces a dynamic mixed-use program that activates the site well beyond standard working hours. At its heart lies a central plaza given equal weight to the built form itself conceived as a fluid extension of the city’s public realm. By serving as an accessible urban insert, the intervention breathes new civic energy into the neighbourhood, transforming the precinct into a vibrant community destination.
