The development introduces two G+15 residential towers anchored by an engineered three-level parking substructure and an expansive landscaped podium that seamlessly connects both high-rise blocks.
Serving as Project Management Consultants (PMC), PM Studio oversees on-site execution, driving strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols across all structural, civil, and finishing packages. Managing fast-track delivery schedules, the team synchronizes daily workflows with general contractors, structural specialists, and trade teams. By maintaining proactive milestone tracking and rigorous site monitoring, PM Studio ensures that complex structural interfaces, including the above ground parking levels and the transfer podium deck, are delivered with high precision, on schedule, and in full compliance with safety benchmarks.
