Spanning nearly 3.8 acres in Ahmedabad, Aranya is conceived as a high-end residential enclave structured around a vibrant central landscape spine. The master plan is organized along a primary central axis and two secondary cross-axes that dictate the orientation of eight residential towers, maximizing natural daylighting, prevailing breeze capture, and visual permeability across the site.
The inter-block buffer zones between towers are activated as shaded pocket parks, sports courts, and sensory landscape zones, extending the central green core deep into the residential clusters. The apartment typologies are tailored for spatial luxury and climate responsiveness: premium 4-BHK units feature expansive private terrace gardens that bring vertical greenery into daily life, while 3-BHK configurations are optimized for cross-ventilation and unhindered panoramic views. Anchored by a clubhouse and multi-generational amenities for children, young adults, and seniors, Aranya balances rational site planning with a rich community lifestyle.
